Wherever you reside, in Greece or outside Greece, your order is delivered by registered mail with insurance. The shipping costs for Greece is 5 EUR. Out of Greece the shipping fees are: 5 EUR for every order that costs 20 EUR or less, 9 EUR for orders from 20+ to 60 EUR, and 12 EUR for orders over 60 EUR.

All Minotaur products that you purchase from Minotaur Online Store are sent to you via the Greek Postal Service (ELTA, http://www.elta.gr) or via the ACS Courier Service (ACS, http://www.acscourier.gr). They will normally be with you in 2 to 4 days from ordering as long as you live within Greece.
Europe normally takes 3 to 7 days and Rest of the World outside Europe can take between 7 to 14 days from ordering. You can always contact the Store Owner to mail you the truck number of your order, so that you can track it.

You can always return a product, as long as it is returned in 10 days since the date of its delivery, which is displayed on the delivery receipt, and as long as it is in condition that can be re-sold (not worn-out, stained, broken etc., and in original condition with all packaging).
