Please make sure the e-mail address you provide us with is correct. All order confirmations are sent to that e-mail address. Also, make sure the postal address you provide us with is correct, so that you can receive the goods you purchase.

Wherever you reside, in Greece or outside Greece, we offer you free shipping, but you can also choose your order to be delivered by registered mail with insurance for a 5 EUR fee (out of Greece) or 3 EUR (in Greece).

All Minotaur products that you purchase from Minotaur Online Store are sent to you via the Greek Postal Service (ELTA, http://www.elta.gr) or via the ACS Courier Service (ACS, http://www.acscourier.gr). They will normally be with you in 2 to 4 days from ordering as long as you live within Greece.
Europe normally takes 3 to 7 days and Rest of the World outside Europe can take between 7 to 14 days from ordering. You can always contact the Store Owner to mail you the truck number of your order, so that you can track it.

You can always return a product, as long as it is returned in 10 days since the date of its delivery, which is displayed on the delivery receipt, and as long as it is in condition that can be re-sold (not worn-out, stained, broken etc., and in original condition with all packaging). A returned product can only be replaced by another product of the same kind and of equal price, that is to say, you cannot return a CD to get a guitar strap.

All returns must be in a registered packet. For the return address, please contact us at postmaster@minotaur.gr.

Before you return a product, you must always contact the Store Owner, who holds the right not to accept a return for which he was not informed, or does not approve. If a delivered product is not damaged, but the buyer wants to replace it, the shipping cost of the return is to be paid by him.

The Minotaur Online Store is not responsible for damaged products in case the damage happened during their delivery, or in case the buyer is responsible for not receiving them. If a purchased product comes back to our Store because the buyer is responsible for not receiving it, he will be charged with the re-shipping cost.
